We're talking the era of the spawn of third-wave ska bands like No Doubt, Reel Big Fish, the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Less Than Jake, The Aquabats, Mad Caddies, Buck O Nine, Link 80, and Skankin' Pickle. Suddenly every punk band added a horn section and started making ska, and every ska kid was legit ride-or-die about bowling alleys. There was even a ska band from our hometown called Let's Go Bowling.
