I ordered this necklace on Dec 21, and it is Jan 14 without shipment. I have written customer service 3 times and they have been unhelpful. All they do is say it is delayed and send me a copy of their shipping policy, which I have already read. If this were not a gift, I would have canceled the order.

So cute not as heavy as I thought it would have been.Makes very pleasing sensory noises.

Online it said it was a necklace. When I recieved it was way too small to be a necklace or even a choker. It seems to be a bracelet, it's still cute though!
