You can send your mystery bag back to us for an exchange for store credit for absolutely ANY reason whatsoever -- but remember, you have to send all three items back together as ONE bundle for our inventorying purposes.

OMG I am so happy I got the yesenia dress in black, I was literally screaming I was so excited best bag ever :)
I received a gorgeous dress, a bracelet, and a pair of crescent moon earrings.
The dress: Absolutely stunning! It fit perfectly, and I could tell that the fabric and craftsmanship were of great quality. Definitely the highlight of the mystery bag.
The bracelet: Unfortunately, this was a miss for me. It was too tight for my wrist, which was disappointing, especially since I ordered the 5X mystery bag. I wish they had included a more plus-size-friendly piece of jewelry.
The earrings: Perfect! I love crescent moons, and I know I’ll be wearing these all the time.
Customer service was where the experience fell short for me. A week after ordering, my package was marked as "shipped," but tracking showed only that a label had been created—the carrier hadn’t actually received it. I reached out to Tunnel Vision for an update and received a polite but generic response saying they would check with their warehouse and update me soon.
Four days later, having heard nothing, I followed up again. Instead of getting a real update, I was told to check USPS tracking myself because "once they hand over the package, the shipping company is liable." While I understand that delays happen, I felt completely overlooked—like they had just decided not to update me and that any further issues were my problem to deal with. It left me feeling like they were washing their hands of any responsibility.
I love the dress and earrings, and the quality of the clothing is great, but the poor communication and dismissive customer service have made me hesitant to order from Tunnel Vision again. Had they followed up as promised or at least taken a little more responsibility in ensuring my package was truly on its way, I’d feel much more confident about future purchases.
Awesome! I was wary of receiving an item I already have from TV as I have a lot of clothes and accessories from them already. Ordered a size 2X and the top fit like a dream and the jewelry & top I didn’t have already!!! Super wonderful & would recommend especially if you don’t have many TV brand items.
I'm never dissapointed by tunnel visions mystery bags! And I'm blown away by this one! I can't believe this was put in the bag! I'm so happy with it I almost want to buy another one!
