I look for any excuse to wear this shirt! It’s so soft and I love that the bottom layer is lace. It does have an inch or 2 of stretch if you do actually want to wear it super low waist.
Only criticism is it would have been nice if there was a hook and eye to help keep the black trim at the waistband lined up above the zipper.

I am plus size, usually wear 2x or 3x and I love this skirt, very cute and easy to layer for cold weather. It is quite roomy and stretchy, if you're on the edge 2 sizes I would go with the smaller size.
Reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is I really wish this skirt had belt loops or a more structured waistband. I plan on trying to make some beltloops myself to sew on to it.
