Vintage 70's beautiful baby doll ruffle dress with a dark cream background with a cute dusty rose all over print! Big princess puff sleeves and ruffling trim along the hems of the neckline and sleeves and bottom skirt hem!!!! Green ribbon detail all throughout the dress and back zipper closure!!!
