Had an issue with the product but the customer service was great! They fixed my issue quickly and efficiently, well being very polite and understanding.

Now for the real review…

I absolutely LOVE the belt!! It’s such a statement, it’s not sharp or too pointy so it’s comfortable to sit down in.

I will say it has a bit of an issue with coming undone, like the hook will come out the circles.

(To clarify, it doesn’t POP open. It just slips out. When I pull it tight enough it doesn’t exactly line up on a circle, so because I’m pulling it a tad too tight might be the reason for it coming undone. I don’t think the majority will have this problem tho.)

This is a really cute belt and the star seems like it's really good quality. One of the belt loops already came off though and for the price I expected it to be as good as the rest of their stuff.
