Wow this dress is incredible !! Pretty vintage 90's full skirted dress with faint floral embroidery throughout! Has capped sleeves and floral embroidery throughout! With button up detail at bust with tie at neckline and a double layer vest front tie can be tied in front or back!! SO CUTE!@!!!!! Capped sleeves and invisible side zipper closure!! ( photographed much more red, in reality it is more rusty/brick! )
