arrived DAMAGED, LATE
Hey there! You're the second complaint we've received about this style breaking! Can you please email a pic to customer service so we can help you out with this? A replacement pair might do the trick, but if not we'd still like the opportunity to help you with this issue!
They’re cute but they literally broke right when I tried them on for the first time. I mean I fixed them with super glue but still the fact that they broke and I JUST got them😭
Oh no! If you'd like, you can send us a pic of the damage and we can send you a replacement! We haven't had this complaint before with these earrings so it's possible they were damaged somehow in transit or it was a one-off error of some kind! <3
After 8 hours they are sturdy but lightweight. I usually don’t wear earrings this big solely out of comfort, but these are so pretty and comfy
