Vintage 1990's OG Forever 21 when it was still made in USA! Super flattering and cute princess strapless top. It's folded over at the bust with lots of stretch. Zipper at back to cinch the waist and darts at sides for extra support! Darker blue flowers with silver glitter filigree throughout.
