My items were never delivered. I reached out to costumer services 3 days ago, and I have not heard back. Instead I got this request to review the items that never came. I have previously order the sword belt from here and it arrived and everything was fine. I’m confused what happened.

I've been looking for new chunky industrial earrings made out of a safer/reliable material and these are pretty perfect. I would say they're probably a little heavy for some people especially since the gauge of the post is a smaller standard earring gauge. I only really noticed my ears were a little tender after a full day of wearing them but I wear jewelry in my multiple lobe piercings 24/7. They're also a little fiddly to put on bc the ball end sits pretty snug against the horse bit ring where it screws into the end of the post, but I was able to get them on pretty easily. Minor issues aside I think these are soooo cute. If it's possible to make a larger size a little lighter I would love to have multiple sizes so I can stack them!

The look and feel of the earrings is great. They look good with anything I wear. My only issue is they can be hard to put on by yourself. Trying to twist the back on can be tedious and take multiple tries to get it aligned right.

I love the design. However, one of the earrings isn’t the same as the other. It’s a little wider where the bar goes through so it’s really difficult to screw the ball on the bar 😭 It is possible though, so it’s fine.
