Our model Star is 5'5" with 25.5" waist, 30.5" bust, and 34" hips; they usually wear a size XS on top and a size S on bottom. This item was not pinned on them but was a bit too big! It would better fit a size M.

Hips: 38-40" (a little bit of stretch!)
